If you would like to report an incident of sexual abuse or sexual harassment, involving yourself, another inmate, or a staff member, while in the custody of the Sarpy County Department of Correction’s Sarpy County Correctional Center, please complete this form.

If requested, your anonymity will be protected. All reported incidents will be investigated. Administrative Investigations shall be handled by the SCDC Administrative Investigator. Criminal Investigations shall be handled by the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office. In the event you are contacted, you still may remain anonymous.
